Chef Lenard has access to all kinds of recipes that will be customized to your specification. Whether it be standard, low carb, or low fat. I am not a dietician, therefore, I will not try to direct your eating habits. Over the years I have learned a lot about food from many sources through reading materials, from other chefs, classes, Doctors/Nurses and the Food channel. I am constantly learning and I have not been afraid to explore new exciting food/recipes throughout my cooking career. I enjoy putting together good quality meals to help encourage you to eat healthy balanced meals to your specification. If you have a favorite recipe or a favorite dish from a restaurant that you want to include within your meal plans, I’ll be honored to prepare it for you. If you are on a restricted meal plan by your Doctor’s order or personal choice, I will see that your meal specifications are met to your standards.
My cooking session consists of 4 servings of 5 entrees with complimentary sides. This gives you a total of 20 meals.
