A personal chef is someone that comes to your rescue and is ready to prepare anything you would like magically from your kitchen to your table in accordance to your specific preference or dietary needs. You will be stress free of meal planning, grocery shopping and any kitchen duty. Your personal chef will prepare your healthy meals in advance in your home and have them stored properly for you heat up. You will enjoy many wonderful meals in your home at leisure.
Due to health department regulations, I would have to prepare food in an approved commercial kitchen, or in your home. By cooking in your home, I am able to offer a much more customized menu based on your specific food preferences and dietary needs as opposed to eating what is being prepared that day in a commercial kitchen. You also get the added benefit of knowing your food was prepared right in the safety and comfort of your own kitchen.
I am based near Las Vegas International Airport and will service the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. Services outside of the 20 mile radius will incur an additional $25 fee.
This is something you and I can arrange during our first consultation meeting. You may choose a date someone will be home, or I arrive before you leave for work. There are many possibilities and we will come up with a workable agreement.
With Chef Express, you are not forced into any contracts. Once you become a regular client and you prefer a specific day for your service, then we can reserve those dates as your days.
In general, I will prepare your food to be freezer ready. I will store all of your food in the refrigerator on the cook day and you will be able to determine which foods you want to eat within the next couple of days. After that, you can organize the rest of your meals in accordance to when you want them in the freezer. Just remember to pull out your frozen food the night before and let it defrost in the refrigerator before reheating. If something can’t go into the freezer, it will be noted on the container.
You bet!!! Most of my clients are surprised to find out how affordable this service is. A personal chef is no longer for the rich and famous. Think for a moment … how much money do you spend eating out during the week, then add the time spent traveling to/from the restaurants, not to mention the unhealthy choices made when eating out. Also add the amount of money you spend on groceries each week, plus the money you end up throwing away when you buy ingredients with the intention of cooking but lack of time prohibit you from doing so. I not only save you money but your time as well. It is estimated that hiring me can save you an additional 10-12 hours a week.
